If you're looking for a unique ring that is not shown at Usinjewe, our design team can customize it for you.This service allows you to create an inimitable ring to show your unqiue style. (Note: The completion of your ring will take 4-8 weeks. Custom orders are nonrefundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order is confirmed.)

Step 1: Contact us

Please Contact us at support@usinjewel.com to send the link, sketch, drawing, image or your ideas of the ring you want to customize and other details including precious gold, diamonds/gemstones and your ring size.Then we will give you the price quote based on your request.

Step 2: Refine design

3 business days

Our design team will contact you to further refine the ring's design in order to give you the perfect product.

Step 3: CAD Model

7 business days

Once your order is confirmed, our design team will use the latest CAD technology to make a model that displays your ring in muti-angles. The CAD model images will be sent to you and you can ask for modifications.

Step 4: Completed ring

7 business days

Upon your approval of the final design, our experienced craftsman will begin the production of the ring. Then your unqiue ring will be shipped to you after thorough quality inspection.
