Return & Refund Policy


At USINJEWEL, if you are unsatisfied with our items and you decide to return our jewelry for any reason, please make sure to contact us by email (support@usinjewel.com) first. Any request after 30 days will not be honored.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

 

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • The actual product and all original materials( including the freebie, the original packing box) are intact.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

 

General Return Process


1. Contact our customer service If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@usinjewel.com or chat with us on www.usinjewel.com
2. Pack your return order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). For your security, do not indicate jewelry, diamonds, or other related words on the exterior of the box and double-box your package. Affix the label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest courier company location (we recommend UPS, FedEx, or USPS as our preferred shipping partners).

 

Refund process


Once your returned purchase is received(or the order has been canceled), USINJEWEL will process the returns within 7 business days.

 

Return Charge

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

 

Refunds


If you haven’t received the refund within 10 working days, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@usinjewel.com.

 

Order Cancellations


We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time before the items don’t ship out. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. Customized items such as customized rings, jewelry or any other special orders cannot be returned or canceled.
